Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Emily met Jesus after being run over by a car at the age of two and experienced full healing. In elementary school, she began battling severe anxiety. She experienced deliverance and felt the call to ministry while in high school. In 2025, after earning her Theology degree from Lee University in Cleveland, TN, Emily felt called to move to California. She got involved with Parable and developed a heart for high school students, being reminded of the Lord’s faithfulness to her at that age.
After spending time with the Parable students, Emily saw the need for freedom in the youth of Los Angeles. She recognized the hold that anxiety and depression have on students, and felt called to share her testimony and walk students through what healing entails. She longs for these students to find their identity in Christ and place their purpose in Him. She has felt the burden of mental health issues, and desires to share with students the One who saved her.
